Hi, we apritiate your feedback. I looked into your order, the tracking says it will be delivered today Oct 2nd. You had chose USPS ground which is the slowest shipping option. USPS has not been quite as fast as they used to be. Your order did ship out the following day from when you ordered because you placed the order at night when the post office was already closed.
